Moshood Sulaiman is a seasoned Business Analyst and a business consultant who prides himself as a naturalist as far as analysis is concerned. He attained exceptional feats while at Gaskiya College Apapa, Lagos Nigeria. He graduated as the best student of 1996 set in four core commercial subjects winning the appropriate academic prizes. These subjects are Economics, Commerce, Government and History. This would lay the foundation for his widely acknowledged great analytical capability.
He completed a BSC in Business Administration with specialisation in Industrial Relations Personnel Management at the prestigious University of Lagos Nigeria graduating as one of the best students of his set in 2001. He made a second class upper with great feats in many courses Moshood Sulaiman started his professional career in financial services in 2002.In his career spanning fifteen years; he has worked in different organisations and projects in different capacities. After completing his mandatory one year National Youth Services, he joined the prestigious Ecobank Transnational in 2003 before relocating to the United Kingdom. He has experience working in different sectors either as employed consultant or freelance business consultant. Working as a freelance business writer/consultant since 2009 he has delivered business plans, funding proposals and applications on different industries. As a business analyst he has worked on Collection and Recovery, KYC/PPI, core operations, contact centres amongst other projects in several industries. He has been delivering trainings and mentorship in business analysis and project management since the last 5 years.
Moshood is Prince 2 Practitioner and ISEB business analysis certified and holds Executive Masters Certificate in Project Management. He also holds 2 certificates in Lean 6 Sigma and this includes a Yellow Belt and business certificate. He has undertaken several soft courses in several areas both in the UK and Nigeria. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, International Institute of Business Analysis ssand Junior Chambers International UK. He writes articles on business, politics and social economics majorly on social media. He enjoys readings news, articles and blogs relating to his career as a business analyst and consultant. He is the SkillSpec Career Lead Programme consultant and played a key role working with his partners in midwifing the birth of the SkillSpec Group.
‘Niyi is a co-founder with responsibility for ensuring that Iconic Housing is able to fulfil its financial obligation to all stakeholders; partners, investors, suppliers, employees, governments and customers. He is also a founding partner at MyAccountPartner Limited a business advisory and finance business partnering firm in UK working with SMEs and business start-ups to fulfil their regulatory financial obligation as well as realising their business potential.
Niyi worked with BPHA Limited a property development and management company with close to 20,000 housing units in the UK for close to a decade where he was Group Reporting Manager and Head of Business Partnering. He was involved in fundraising, project monitoring, financial viability appraisal and strategic decision making on multimillion-pound housing project in the East Midland and South East area of England.
He worked with Meade Investment – a UK based conglomerate of 12 different businesses – as a Senior Finance Manager where he was responsible for financial appraisal for new business ventures, developing and monitoring key performance indicators as well as balanced reward system.
Niyi started his career as a banker with Oceanic Bank (Eco Bank) where his training as a Management Trainee gave him exposure to different aspects of banking operations as well as relationship and branch management.
Niyi is a chartered qualified accountant with years of financial experience. He is an alumni of University of Ibadan and London Metropolitan University where he studied International Business. He is also a qualified Financial Planner from IFS University College
Mr Ikwen is Skillspec’s Chief Technology Officer. He has over 15 years’ Telecoms experience in United Kingdom. He is also the CEO of AG-Placid Limited and Bkonex Ltd, UK service provider.
His Career, has seen him working, managing and founding some high profile organisation both in the UK and Nigeria. Earlier in his career, he worked with First Bank Nigeria where he was involved in the century II project that re-engineered the bank and transform her ICT infrastructure. In the UK, he worked for IHS health, a world leader in health intelligence.
Beshel is a widely travelled professional who studied in Nigeria and the UK (University of Uyo and London Metropolitan University respectively). He has degrees in Philosophy, International Business, IT and Electronic Commerce.
As an entrepreneur, he has deployed networks of various sizes at enterprise level and carrier class level, wireless Wifi, Wimax and LTE networks.
He is an active member of the Information Security Audit and Control Associate (ISACA) London Chapter. He possesses certifications in Networking and security (CCNSP). He enjoys creating IT solutions.
Treasure is a very talented Electronics and embedded system engineer with strong competence in robotics. He heads the software development team of skillspec and also an important member of the Research and Development Team. In 2016 Treasure participated in a Leicester University team that developed a prototype formula 1 Electric car.
He is currently involved in a few high profile innovative projects for some of Skillspec customers. These include a cloud hotel management system, on demand Exotic food platform, the invention of the world 1st 10 Gbps outdoor Access Point and Car radar driving system.
